About My Office!
Curious about what those offices above the buildings in downtown Boise look like? So was I! That's why I decided to create my own cozy counseling space right in the heart of downtown in the Chandlee Building. My office is located above the charming Flying M Coffee shop in the historic district of Downtown Boise, Idaho. And here's the best part: there's free 2-hour parking conveniently attached to the building! I can't wait to welcome you to this unique and inviting space!

Fun Facts about the Chandlee Bulilding
The Chandlee building was once called the Royal Lodging House and was “elegantly furnished.” It was reputably owned by the notorious Davis Levy, landlord of Boise’s red light district. It remained a lodging house into the 1900s. By 1906 the first floor was converted into the Commercial Cream Company, and by the 1940s served as offices for the State of Idaho.
I know it can be stressful thinking about starting counseling at a new place, finding the office in downtown Boise, and worrying about parking. I’ve tried to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible with the following directions!

Rylee Graves Counseling is located on the second floor of the Chandlee Building, directly above Flying M. There are two entrances to the building—one on 5th Street and another connected to the parking lot, making access simple and convenient.

When visiting, my office has convenient free two-hour parking available directly connected to the Chandlee Building. Just take your first right just past 5th Street when driving on Idaho Street (which is a one-way). You’ll usually find plenty of spaces, with extra time to grab a slice of pizza at Guido’s or a coffee at Flying M before or after your session!
If you arrive and notice no parking spots are available, don’t worry—there is usually paid parking right in front of Flying M. If you want to get some steps in and have a bit more time, there’s also free 1- and 2-hour parking down Bannock and Jefferson, just a couple of streets over. I recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to ensure a smooth, stress-free start to your session.

Keep in mind, construction in downtown Boise is always ongoing, so make sure to allocate enough time for potential delays. If you find yourself running late, please let me know ASAP!
It was important to me to create a counseling space that feels warm and inviting while also reflecting my personality. I’ve truly loved designing this space, and I’m excited to share it with my clients—a comfortable and welcoming environment where we can work together on your journey!
My office offers a cozy waiting room where clients can enjoy water, coffee, or tea to get comfortable before their session begins. For parents of teenage clients, it's a great spot to relax while their teen is in session. The room also features puzzles and mental health books for those who want to unwind or learn more about mental well-being while they wait.
